1. User Registration
By using this website, you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. If you feel or suspect that someone has misappropriated or used your account without authorization, please contact us immediately.
We may take relevant actions on your account if your account performs activities including but not limited to the following:
a) Use any technique to attempt to conceal the use of multiple accounts, or disrupt any of our services in any way
b) Post any messages that contain any illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, blasphemous, hateful, racially or ethnically objectionable material
c) Promote or send any spam
d) Impersonate another person or provide any false information
NOWMI LAB reserves the right to terminate any account at its sole discretion. In such event, we will notify you of the account termination by email.
2. Purchase process
You must first register as a member of this website and use your member account to log in to the e-store before you can order goods or services. This website is for personal use only. Customers may not purchase goods on this website for resale or business development purposes. If we have reasonable grounds to believe that you are not purchasing our products for your own use, we have the right to refuse or cancel your order.
a) You need to register as a member first, and then you can choose the product after successfully logging in.
b) Add the desired product to the shopping cart and enter the quantity you want in the shopping cart interface.
c) After completion, click "View Shopping Bag" and then click "Place Order Checkout"
d) After filling in the delivery address information, selecting the delivery method, payment method and confirming the order information, you can click "Submit Order"
e) You will be redirected to the payment page of PayDollar
f) Select the payment method you would like to use
g) Enter your credit card details and click Submit to complete
h) After completion, you can check "My Order" to understand the order details
All online orders are subject to our sole discretion and are subject to stock availability. You will receive a final purchase receipt for record keeping when you receive the goods (upon delivery or pick up at the physical store).
All photos and images we display on the e-shop about the products are for reference only to help you identify the products only. The actual size, dimensions and color of the products may vary. We make every effort to ensure that the prices, information and sizes of the products listed on the e-shop are updated. We reserve the right to change the prices of the products without prior notice. All orders are subject to acceptance at our sole discretion, depending on stock availability.
When you enter your personal information, payment information and submit your order, we will send you an email to confirm receipt of your order. This email only confirms receipt of the order and does not represent acceptance of the order. Your order is accepted when we send you an email confirming that the goods have been shipped. All orders are subject to final confirmation based on the availability of the relevant goods. If we are unable to provide any ordered products or services, we have the right to refuse to accept the order.
NOWMI LAB reserves the right to refuse to accept an order for any reason at its sole discretion, including but not limited to any of the following:
a) The item you ordered is out of stock or has been withdrawn because it does not meet our quality standards or because delivery restrictions apply to one or all of the items ordered.
b) We discover an error in the price or product description
c) We were unable to obtain payment authorization
d) You do not meet the purchase eligibility criteria set out in the Terms of Service

3. Payment Methods
We accept payment by Visa, MasterCard and PayPal. If you use the above credit cards and online payment methods, you confirm that you are the holder of the credit card or Alipay account, or are authorized by the holder to use it. If your credit card or Alipay issuer refuses to authorize payment to NOWMI LAB, we will not be responsible for any delay or suspension of delivery.
Our transaction process complies with the strict international security standards set by the payment card industry. If you have registered an account on this website and decided to store your credit card information with us, your information will be fully encrypted. In the absence of negligence on our part, we are not responsible for any losses you may suffer if any third party obtains unauthorized access to the information you provide when using our services.
4. Price
The e-store accepts payment by designated credit cards or other designated electronic payment methods. The value of all goods is calculated in Hong Kong dollars. The prices of goods in the e-store may differ from those in our physical stores. The prices of goods are subject to the prices shown in the e-store or physical store on the day of ordering.
If we discover an error in the price of any product you have ordered, we will notify you as soon as possible and you will be given the option to reconfirm or cancel your order. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat your order as a cancelled order. If your credit card is not a Hong Kong dollar account, the final charge will be calculated in the currency of your account by your card issuing bank based on the applicable exchange rate on the day the transaction is processed.
5. Delivery and collection
For details of delivery service, please refer to "Freight" or call NOWMI LAB Customer Service Department for details of delivery service arrangements. NOWMI LAB will insure the products during transportation. After completing the online order, you will receive a notification of the expected delivery time. When picking up the goods, you need to sign to confirm the receipt of the products. The relevant property rights and risks will be transferred to the customer when the relevant products are delivered to the courier or customer.
If you fail to receive the products you purchased due to your failure to show up at the first delivery appointment or because you provided an inaccurate address, we reserve the right to charge you additional delivery fees for subsequent delivery appointments or arrange for you to pick up the products directly at our store. The delivery date and time are the estimated delivery date and time. NOWMI LAB is not responsible for any loss or damage that may be caused by delivery delays. In the event of any dispute, we reserve the right to make the final decision.
We reserve the right to destroy goods that have not been collected more than 30 days after the order confirmation date without further notice. In this case, we will not refund or compensate you; we reserve the right to continue to charge you for storage fees. In any case, we will not be responsible for any loss of income (whether direct or indirect), profit or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your transaction with us.
6. Intellectual Property/Liability
All software and content of NOWMI LAB, including any text, audio, music, video, image, photo and picture, are the intellectual property works of this website and are protected by intellectual property, copyright law and international conventions. This website is for personal and non-commercial use only. Only with the express authorization of this website and/or its third-party licensors can the content be used for any non-personal and/or non-commercial purpose. Without the consent or authorization of this website, no content of this website may be published, copied, sold or licensed. Any unauthorized behavior may result in civil consequences or criminal penalties. The views expressed by the designers, companies or third parties of this website and their affiliates to any media are purely their personal opinions. NOWMI LAB is not responsible for any such views and does not represent the views of the company.
